These terms concern this website and its subscription form only, not the app.

The website introduces Amemus, a dating app in preparation. It provides introductory information only, not dating, matching or messaging services.

Browsing is free. There are no sales, prices, payments or accounts. Presentations are not a contractual offer to supply the app. Mockups illustrate a developing product; features and timing may change.

Subscriptions are for adults aged 18 or over. They do not reserve access, establish priority or guarantee launch. Waitlist and newsletter choices are independent.

Intellectual property and permitted use

Text, trademarks, images and mockups belong to X20 or their respective rights holders and are used lawfully. Browsing grants no intellectual-property rights. Uses permitted by law remain allowed; other reproduction or commercial exploitation requires permission.

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security or subscribe another person without authority.

Accuracy and liability

We take reasonable care over website information but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. We remain responsible for matters attributable to us under applicable law.

Nothing excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights remain unaffected.

Law, courts, language and changes

Italian law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections under otherwise applicable law, including protections in their country of habitual residence.

Consumers retain the courts available under mandatory jurisdiction rules, including their home courts where applicable. Milan is not an exclusive forum for consumers. For other disputes, Milan jurisdiction applies only where lawfully and validly agreed.

English is the reference version, subject to mandatory language requirements and consumer-favourable interpretation rules. Changes are dated and prospective.
